Welcome to trenton drafting & design. Please note: We have posted the best projects we have completed on this website. We to date have completed well over 1000 projects in our 30+ years under DNA design, xpand design and now trenton drafting & design. No project is too large nor too small. Our Team

Dale Theriault | Principal

For over 30 years of passion and expertise, Dale has been proudly providing personalized and tailored drafting and design services to his customers in Ontario including Toronto, Richmond Hill, Markham, Oakville, Mississauga, Kingston, Prince Edward County,Brighton, Grafton, Cobourg. Belleville, Quinte West, Sydenham Sealys Bay, and Burlington.

Dale is the Ying in the design firm.

He is skilled, masterful and delivers exceptional work based on client needs while being focused on impacting the local real estate in a decidedly positive way. This stands true in the case of commercial properties and residential projects alike. You will notice that Dale has a knack for listening to his clients and providing what they envision.

Dale is a an Accredited Architectural Technologist with the Association of Architectural Technologists of Ontario (AATO) and a BCIN Qualified Designer with the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing (MMAH) and qualified to deal with HOUSE AND LARGE BUILDINGS.

He has also been a municipal building inspector for over seven years with the City of Toronto and knows his stuff.

Dale passed even structural the hardest of the exams to augment his qualifications and is more then capable to envision any structural challenges.

When Dale has spare time (which is rare), he enjoys Leo The Cat, music and the occasional fine scotch.

Violet Kocevski-Theriault | Principal

Violet runs the back room of the biz.

Looking after day to day operations of the receivables and payables to make sure our partners are being looked after.

Violet is a master with the material and colour selection of most of our projects.

Her fresh approach to design is form and function mixed with clean aesthetics. She looks to clients needs and wants and focuses on delivery based on the way they live, work, play and eat. This approach is apparent in residential and commercial. She is the Yang at the design firm and compliments Dale's style perfectly- a well balanced team approach.

Violet enjoys spending time with her three fur babies, music, reading and Netflix. She loves the art of cocktails and is known for savouring a nice vodka martini (shaken not stirred, with two olives).
